I orderred a Little Tykes Cozy Coupe online to be delivered to my daughter's home, which it was in a very timely fashion. However when I checked my bank account, they had placed two charges for the same amount. One was an authorization hold, and one was the actual charge when the item was shipped. After speaking to my bank and getting all the proper information on how to tell Toys R Us to release the hold, Toys R Us informed me there was nothing they would do, as they had nothing to do with it, that the bank can release the hold. Back and forth I went, with no resolution, except I will not be able to use my money for 3-7 more business days. I scoured the whole website and found this policy mentioned very obscurely, you have to search and click through forever to find it. Extremely unethical and deceptive. All I want is my own money released. Beware of ordering online, you must have twice the amount you ordered available for 3-7 days after the order has shipped. I just want the hold released so I have my money back.
