I placed an order on Oct 30 for a Fisher Price ride on car and a 12 volt battery. The battery shipped out on 11/1, but not the car even though it said in stock. On 11/9 I sent an email to cancel the car and I also called. After being on hold 15 minutes I spoke vriefly to a customer service person who put me on hold & never came back. I had to call again & same long hold I finally got another CS person who said it didn't make any sense why the car was not shipped yet & transferred me to another dept. This resulted in another long hold. When I finally got the girl I told her to just cancel the order. Alas on 11/14 I got an email that this order shipped. I was billed $54 for the shipping of a 12 volt battery & they sent me an email saying they refunded me 5.14. Now I have to return this car. Last order with Toys R us for me.
