Lay 5/26 yesterday i named in regards to a seat (under guarantee) that must be fixed. They created a scheduled appointment for today and recently i obtained a note stating they'd be-at my house between 7-9 am. The "fix" individual arrived at 7 which is what happened. He switched the seat around, stated the issue was a damaged component but he had "employed the final one he'd recently, therefore he'd need to the factory (this handle) phone me this forthcoming week to plan another visit." I can't think this and am fuming. After I questioned him why he'dnot filled his automobile he explained he "forgot." hUH?!?!?! I used to be obvious (and obviously furious) and informed him it was undesirable. He lay where he was (in the back of my seat) and typed remarks into his digital device for around 2-3 mins without stating a term. He stood up and stated I ought to below from their store on Tues. I expected him if he noticed me say I had been furious also it was undesirable and he explained yes and he mentioned that in his statement. I questioned about speaking with a and he explained no body can be obtained today. I expected him to obtain the component and emerge later today or have somebody else emerge later today using the component and he explained there is no body else! After I requested he explained: there's no means he could easily get in to the factory to obtain the component with no one he might speak with. And, no body I really could keep in touch with
