Horrendous service!

A&E Factory Support fix is terrible! They must be released of company! Had I recognized so just how terrible these were I'd never, and that I repeat NEVER, have approached them. They're liars plus they are totally inexperienced!!! They found repair my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher almost a few months before. Our appt period was planned for between 1 and 5 however no body confirmed until 7pm. The man who arrived identified the issue and stated that a component will have to be requested which he might achieve this and re schedule to set up it in fourteen days (they do not bring elements). I said good. The component came your day prior to the planned appt period and that I obtained a registered telephone concept From The&ELIZABETH your day before confirming the appt. 24 hours later I waited between 1-5 and again, no body confirmed. I named the 1-800 number and was informed the man would be forthcoming but wouldnot be-at my house until nearer to 7pm. I had been unhappy since I have have young children that I have to prepare for mattress in those days but I waited for him anyway. He turned up around 7pm and he was obviously unhappy to become operating so overdue and reported the whole period he was exhausted, he couldnot achieve his submit to wherever he had a need to reach precisely, he required another man there with him and couldnot get it done herself, etc. He proceeded to try to obtain the new component in as well as in the procedure, in my opinion he ruined another thing since the cabinet was slipping on the ground, components were hanging from their cables and also the man was obviously stressed and sweating. He remained for pretty much 2 hours after which recommended me the new component should be damaged also whilst the device isn't operating nevertheless (my guess is the fact that he smashed another thing!!!) He was so extremely inexperienced and whiny it had been horrible. He explained he might re schedule me for just two months later and obtain a brand new part sent and required the present "New component", which he stated was damaged, with him (I am confident it worked just good). I named A&ELIZABETH 24 hours later to protest and recommended them the the next time they deliver somebody, to not deliver this specialist since he was terrible and so they decided. Fourteen days later the brand new components appear plus they contact me again having a prerecorded information confirming that they can be arriving 24 hours later between 1-5. I delay house all morning and by 5 when no body has confirmed I contact them to request once they will soon be forthcoming plus they recommend me the specialist was out ill and maynot come. I expected them why they'dnot called me to I'd like to understand and just why I'd to sit down house all morning then and all-they might state is "I am sorry", "I - can re schedule you in 14 days." I had been mad but since I have had no option I decided to this. This time around they assured me the specialist might appear by 3:30. At 2:00 I named them to determine when they were still on-schedule. They explained the specialist experienced 2 stops before me but could be there as near to 3:30 as you can. I understood it'dnot be feasible but at that time was simply pleased they would be arriving. At 3:30 I named them again to determine once they could be arriving and got the surprise of my entire life. They recommended me the specialist had simply visited my home a couple of minutes before and called the bell (not true), no body was house (not true) and quit a phone label on my doorway (likewise not true). Additionally they explained that their routing Dept. Named my house telephone number (not true) quit a note on my device (not true) and did exactly the same on my mobile phone (likewise not true) and they will have to re schedule all over again. I went ballistic. I requested to consult with a supervisor however they stated that there is no body I really could consult with and that I actually requested to consult with the liar who stated that she named me however they stated that that might be difficult aswell. I'm beyond furious and disappointed and am at this time considering getting them to small-claims judge to take my cash (first appt), tension and stress, overlooked function, splitting my dishwasher more, etc. I'm also likely to report them for the better business agency. Beware!!! Don't use the corporation!!! They're the worst!!!
