Here are two people who deserve the WORST RUDEST ROTTEN HORRIBLE MORONIC DESTRUCTIVE Neighbors in Elk Grove Village, IL. These people have a place in Wisconsin and in Illinois. They REFUSE to park one of their vehicles in the garage and the other on their OWN driveway.instead they park down the street (6 houses away) in the over flow parking area for guests. The Association (Genesis Property Management in Bartlett, IL) REFUSES to cite Arthur (Jim) and his decrepit wife Patricia Allard for going against the Rules & Regulations Code enforcement set forth by the various associations before Genesis Management. The ASSOC feels they are to old to worry about a $50 fine that they can only give them once a month. Each time they did get a fine, Jim and Pat Allard (A-HOLES) would get their lawyer and the police involved. Then everyone would go to court and the fine would stay. The A-Holes would continuously park in the guest parking with their other vehicle, dark green mini van with WISCONSIN plates on it. Can't ticket a vehicle with out of state tags in a guest parking area. That is where they get away with it. They are NOT in violation according to the assoc. The only problem is, the R&R handbook states "any and ALL vehicles belonging to any resident (in state or out of state) are considered residential property vehicles. They are CLEARLY in violation. They STILL refuse to park in their own driveway.
Here is a lameass excuse they gave the court. "It's easier for us to park the mini van in the guest parking because when my wife needs to get her silver Toyota out of the garage, she can just back out without having to wake me up or move the van herself." The judge asked if it was that big of a deal since they are both RETIRED and do nothing all day long except what retired people do. Jim Allard replied with "Your Honor. My wife is on Oxygen tanks. She doesn't walk so good. She has cancer. I'm a veteran of the foreign wars and deserve some respect. I'm not going to live much longer and I was on this planet before any one in this court room." The judge dismissed that charges and told him to NEVER come back. IF Jim Allard does, he will be thrown in jail.
Well, Jim and Patricia Allard have been in the court room several times since. One time for hit and run to a neighbor's vehicle. Patricia claims there was another vehicle sticking to far out of the driveway and she couldn't see. Then she gave the excuse that the sun was to bright and in her eyes. Jim was arrested and held on charges or destruction to a motor vehicle. He slashed a neighbor's front tires because he didn't like them. The reasons: "They are to young. They have 2 small noisy kids. They have a full size pick up truck. They are rednecks and they make my neighborhood look trashy. They have wild parties during the weekends with lots of kids around. They shovel their snow when the association has people that do that. They fix their vehicles in the driveway. They give me and my wife dirty looks all the time. They grill in all kinds of weather and in the middle of the night. They have motorcycles. And so on..."
Now come on. These people just plainly need to be in a retirement home to die and soon. They are an embarrassment to elderly people and to the community they live in. They cause problems cause they have NOTHING BETTER TO DO. They have complete disregard for Rules and Regulations. They HATE KIDS! They think the world and everyone in the world owes them. They piss the local police off so much, when they get a call to show up at Arthur (James/Jim) & Patricia Allard's home, they go straight to the other person's door and say "we know they are a massive problem. We can only hope they die and make it soon. When we go talk to them, they are going to deny everything, but we know they are the worst neighbors around the area. So please either ignore them and hope they die over night OR move away." That is what we got when we lived there. That is what the current tenants are getting. Everyone who lives around these old control freaks, gets the short end of the stick and has to abide by the rules. The Allards don't have to follow ANY rules.
The owner of Genesis Property Management, Nancy, refuses to respond by email or phone. So when you go to her house that is also her business that she manages 4 town home and condo community areas and NEVER leaves her home, EVER, she refuses to comment and then calls the local police. The next month, she increases just YOUR association dues. Can she get away with it? Yes, since she can wave, increase or decrease the amount at will. Nancy has people on the board who live in each of these communities and report back to her. That is why she doesn't have to leave her home. She lives in a million dollar home while the rest of us are working hard to pay her OUTRAGEOUS association dues. These dues are supposed to cover grass cutting, snow removal, tree and bush trimming and outside repairs on the buildings and ground. She cuts the grass ONLY! I shovel or snow blow my driveway and neighbors. She REFUSES to tow vehicles that don't belong where they are parked. This is how and why the Allard's and all the other stupid people get away with what they do.
