I got charged through my cellphone carrier T-Mobile - $9.99 each month starting April. The charge listed as "Premium Services". I called T-Mobile and I was told that it was a third-party charge from Dotted Line Media for Thought of the Day? I have no idea what that is. T-Mobile told me to call them to stop the charge 855-707-9988. I called them and was put on hold. Is this even legal?
