A sales person called my buisness and spoke to an employee out on the shop floor, who does not have authority to make financial decisions. Never asking for the president or owner of the buisness. He told my employee that he had already spoke with me about the details of the add, which is a lie, no one ever spoke to me, and that my employee only had to verify the address and the phone numbers, and of course this is the only part of the conversation that they record along with the authority of the payment of the bill, which that part of the recording you cannot even understand the question. This is a very deceptive way to do buisness, they called us, we did not call them, I have been in buisness since 1990 and have never listed in the Public Yellow Pages, and never plan too. I cannot believe they do not have to mail or fax a contract that needs to be signed, if they had to do this they could not lie over the phone. The phone call with my employee was on 11/28, they have his name spelled incorrectly and also have the adress wrong. I did not recieve a bill until months later, which was faxed.
