In March one of our employees took a phone call regarding yellow pages advertising. My employee told the caller he did not have the authority to sign up for anything. He was told they needed to confirm some information to remove from their files. I received a phone call in September while we were in the midst of our going out of business sale. The rep. Told me about the March conversation with my employee. He told me my employee agreeded to sign up for yellow pages directory services. I told the yellow pages rep. My employee did not have any authority. I later spoke with my employee he remembered the phone call and was very specific that he was not signing up for any services.
I am not familiar with the company. I did not and will not sign up for their services. The give me 30 days to respond or they may report this credit obligation to a credit reporting agency.
