Received a fax with a really good deal on vacations. As I have done this in the past, I didn't think too much of it. (obviously it wasn't the same company) We called to schedule our vacation for a group of 14 people, and paid 2750. The second 'leg' of this scheduling would be when we received our packet in the mail to actually book the trip. That was when the disaster started. For many reasons they could not complete the booking order. Tried to speak to the booking manager, he was too much of a weasel to get on the phone, everything had to be done over the internet thru e mails. Fast forward to 3/4, now 2 months later, we are out the money and no vacation scheduled. So if anyone reads this, DO NOT USE TRAVEL CENTER AND ROMEX TRAVEL. They are sister businesses, and scheisters.
