An Ad for Regal ECigs popped up when I was online and offered an ECig starter kit for shipping only @ $4.95. There was no further information regarding that there was a time limit or that you had agreed to monthly shipments at $59.95. None of this information was displayed on this site. My account was billed for the $4.95 and. 30 cents. I was told they did not show a charge. 30 charge but it was charged to my bank card. Didn't want to fight over 30 cents and let it pass. On May 21st saw that I was charged $9.95 for another starter kit. Contacted the company and asked why I was being charged again for a starter kit. I had already paid $4.95 and received it and didn't need 2. They agreed that there was an error and they would stop the shipment and refund my money.
Then on the 22nd I was charged $ 119.95 for the starter kit I had received. I contacted them and inquired why I was charged $119.95. They informed me that I had past the trial date and was being charged the cost of the starter kit.
I was very angry because I would have never agreed to any of the terms they were telling me I had supposedly agreed to when I submitted the information for the $4.95 kit. There was confusion on the starter kits and they admitted there was error and they would refund my money. I contacted my bank and they contacted the company to confirm that they were reversing the charges. I now have to wait 3 to 5 days to see if my account is credited.
Warning to all!!! Do not purchase or sign up for anything with this company. They do not fully disclose terms or charges and with them having your account information money you think you have in your bank account might not be there
