I signed up for a 3 month plan, unlimited minutes. The first month our service (account) was suspended for going over 1000 minutes in a calendar month. (which was not what I signed up for and was not outlined in the terms of the aggreement) This kept happening throughout our first and second months of the contract. I was never able to speak with anyone at the company as all of their correspondence are made via email. This does not prove to be helpful when you have a complaint. We had to spend extra money to speak to my loved one everytime they suspended my account for no apparent reason. This company made a stressful situation worse, they have no sympathy for the inconvenience. I do not reccomend this company if a loved one of yours is incarcererated and you wish to have your phone calls cheaper.
