Warning stay away from Bill Salinardi and Keep Me in My Home, llc. I have known Bill Salinardi for about 3 years. He has introduced me to a number of businesses over the years. Help Law Group, Homeowner Relief and now Keep Me in My ome, llc.
All the business were bad, really bad. Ripped off clients and sales people. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me-is there a third? Some of us (me) take longer to learn. His latest creation, Keep Me in My Home, llc is a sham. I started to work for Bill Salinardi with this stop foreclosures and evictions business about 4 months ago. We had a contract that he would pay me a certain amount for each client I sent to him. I spent my hard earned money getting clients and alot of my time, only to have my clients of Keep Me in My Home, llc experience a 2/3rd failure rate. He had said he had a 95% success, but that is not what my clients experienced. And on top of that, he got paid from my clients, but not me. Bill Salinardi now has refused to pay me for my work-my pay checks are 30-60 days late.
When I checked a week ago, I found out that Bill Salinardi does not have the LLC for Keep Me in My Home, llc with any state in the US. That is considered fraud and it is a felony.
I think what he claims he can do is a lie, I think that he does not really work with an attorney as he claims, I know he has proven fraud with the llc and probably his success rate and I think his business is falling apart because he does not have the money to pay me or even worse he does not have the integrity to do as he promised with his word or in our contract.
It is only a matter of a short period of time before Keep Me in My Home, llc will gone. I can only strongly urge you to not put your trust and money in Bill Salinardi or Keep Me in My Home, llc to stop your foreclosure or your eviction. I know that tomorrow I will be contacting the California Secretary of State and informing them that Bill Salinardi is claiming that he has an llc for Keep Me in My Home that he does not have, sending in my contract and the contract that he uses for clients for verification. I will also be starting a small claims lawsuit against Bill Salinardi and Keep Me in My Home, llc for my wages he has not paid me.
