Warning! Stay away! I have known Bill Salinardi for a few years now. He has introduced me to some bad businesses, some of which ripped off money from clients and the sales people. Help Law Firm, Homeowner Relief and now Keep Me in My Home, llc. I protected my clients and I can say that not one of my clients has lost any money from these services, but Bill Salinardi did not protect his clients as I did and some have lost huge amounts. Unfortunately, my first experience of a client losing $250 was from Bill Salinardi and Keep Me in My Home, llc.
I made a bad mistake helping Bill Salinardi promote Keep Me in My Home, llc. I was to be paid for each client I sent to him as per our contract. I spent my hard earned money and time and sent my clients to Bill Salinardi and Keep Me in My Home, llc. We experienced a 2/3 failure rate. He has not paid me for over 60 days. Bill Salinardi has gotten paid for my clients, but I have not. Now he refuses to pay me. About a week ago, I found out that Bill Salinardi does not have the LLC for Keep Me in My home in any state of the US. I am not sure if it is his lack of integrity or lack of money that has called his bad faith into question. My guess is both. Lie about an LLC, which is a felony, makes fraud, telling the public you can stall a foreclosure or eviction, when you cannot is a lie and now no integrity about paying me.
Bill Salinardi cannot do as he promises with Keep Me in My Home, llc. He cannot or will not pay me. He has used a bogus LLC and falsified his success rate. I think that Keep Me in My Home, llc will not be around very much longer. But Bill Salinardi will start or work with some other business. Be careful, Leopards do not change their spots. Tomorrow, I will be sending a complaint to the California Secretary of State for using a false LLC and starting a small claims for my back wages.
