I was trying to serch a person's name based on their phone number so I went on their web-site and signed up for the unlimited serch plan (I thought) after one free serch I was told I have to join their pro plan at 29.50 per month to serch phone numbers. Wwith-in one half hour I wanted to cancel both memberships because I think they lead people on as to what you get with the membership. I paid for unlimited serch (one year) and when I went to serch the second phone number it told me I had to upgrade - also I serched my own number and it gave me all the wrong information so now I know I can not depend on the report that I get. I canceled both of the memberships but they would only give me the first membership money back. They kept the other membership money. I was able to call them because of your site which posted their customer service phone number - The peoplesmart sitre does not post a phone number. Stay away from them they are a comlete rip off and the information you get can not be relied upon - this is a great site keep up the good work.
