17 year old bought prom dress via this website. Their Return Policy said if unharmed would take it back subject to 15-20% restocking fee. Dress cheap piece of crap came from China and didn't fit. Called them to set up return and they didn't answer. I then FedExed it to the shipping address on the return label enclosed in the package and FedEx said the package is undeliverable and the address (in China) doesn't exist. Went back to website and talked live online to someone there and asked for refund and they said "only if it was their mistake" and without dress wouldn't do it and after 45 mins of cursing and threatening to report them to U.S. Customs and local police they agreed to refund 60% but money hasn't hit debit card yet. They first wanted dress back and then in conversation said they didn't want it back at all. Then they claimed she paid $139.99 for the dress though it was $179.99 and either way the Customs declaration says it was $20 so as to keep their taxes and import costs down. I gave up when they said they would give back $90 figuring it was better than nothing but the money hasn't been refunded yet. Nothing on the website said anything about the 100% polyester dress coming from China and just a total bullshit transaction as they basically stole $200 from a 17 year old.
