The people that work at the Division of Child Support Enforcement in Arizona are complete idiots... My daughter was emancipated in 10. I filed the necessary modification paperwork to have the deduction stopped. To this day they are still charging me for the monthly obligation and fees, I have had an administrative review, paid what they said I owed even though I didn't agree with the amount they came up with and they are still charging me.
There is a flag on my credit report because of their negligance and they are keeping all my TAX returns. What does it take to make these people do their jobs? They don't answer my calls... They are very rude when I actually do get to talk to a live person. I do what they tell me to do and have had to take several days off of work to attempt to take care of this in person but it still is not fixed. My next step is a law-suit. I want my hard-earned money that I paid when I did not owe it back. No wonder some MEN RUN!
