I received a postal call concerning the re-negotiation of my bank mortagage.in contacting them, I was feed a line which I kinda fell hook and sinker for. I would call weekly for updates, and always given some bull. My last communication was approximately 2 weeks ago. Where I was asked for documentation previously submitted. Upon my questioning: web-site no longer available but repairing, telephone number not available. I will be contacting California Bar Association for information and submitting an investigation.
