I bid on items and won, they never shipped and when I called and emailed they only said they were looking into it, and then the items said shipped by it, but I never got them, when I called for a refund, they told me they couldn't refund. Y money but would give me bids, then it all started all over again with items, saying they shipped, but didn't and my card being charged unauthorized purchases. I fought them through my bank but Bidrack was able to keep the money. I have emailed, called and reported them, but never have gotten my money or products.
