Fished by their ad, I signed up with what they call "free trial offer" for two products combined, thinking they might work for my wife. I believed they were giving me free samples for just ~$10... Until I find three, total $285.74, charges on my card. How stupid I was. After reading all the complaints on their business, I called their customer support to stop it. Call was connected to human agent shortly, but he responded to my cancellation request with a series of questions saying "collecting testimonials." After 20 minutes or so I got completely fed up and started singing foolish song to the phone, and finally he gave me the return address, refund amount, and the RMA number. I still don't know if I really get the refund.
