Received my 10-day FREE TRIAL of Pure Collagen Skin on 1/4. Postage on the mailing package date was 12/27. BEFORE I even received the sample, they had charged my bank $147.41 on 12/31 and $119.95 on 12/28 plus $3.95 for shipping back on 12/17. BEFORE, unfortunately, I saw the charges on my bank account, I first went to their delegated website to cancel per their "easy cancel link" where I was told they didn't even have an account or any records for me. I immediately got suspicious and called the 24-hour number they said to call to cancel the "membership" that I NEVER DID NOT ORDER! This was well within the 10-day cancellation period. After being put on hold for 25 minutes, I finally got a customer service (so she said) rep who once again put me on hold and came back to ask me lots of questions, offer me better deal, etc., which I continued to refuse. Finally she said my "order" would be cancelled. AFTER this lengthy phone call considering I was on hold for 25 minutes, I happened to be looking at my latest bank statement online and discovered the charges stated above. I immediately called again, held for 30 minutes, call was cut off. Called back, held for another 20 minutes and spoke to Christian who I could not understand, but he refused to get me another c/s rep and eventually hung up. Called back, held for 20 minutes and got Mike, who at least gave me his "Co. ID#." When I explained the situation, he put me hold again, came back saying he could give me 50% refund and the other 50% when I returned the products (2 small lotions). Knowing this would never happen, I totally refused this offer saying truthfully that they took the money out of my account for a "membership" I never placed and before I even received the samples. Also, nowhere did it state you had to return the samples and saying I would not return anything because I wasn't paying anymore shipping charges. I insisted after going back & forth on the FULL refund IMMEDIATELY and he finally said ok. The call just ended, so I have not actually seen the money back in my account, but I did threaten action (don't really know what) if this did not occur. I also insisted on an email stating the refund was going to be processed immediately in the full amount ($267.36). I tried to get the $3.95 for shipping/handling fee, but didn't get it. Decided to leave it where it was. So... This company is a complete fraud and should be punished as I have read many other complaints (after succombing to their free trial) about their zero integrity. They should be shut down for misleading and stealing from people. (I also asked Mike if they were intentionally putting people on hold for so long so they would eventually give up or their cell phone battery would run out! It's 11:30 CST and I know that many people in America aren't calling to place orders, just complaints! The ordering part is an internet scam just to get people to order and then, IF you figure it out, take $ out of accounts and then making it virtually impossible to get in touch with them to complain, much less get your money back!!! I shall soon see. SHUT THEM DOWN after a major audit & refund to customers!)
