On May 13 I sent a check to the Union Law Center in Newport Beach, CA with the understanding that they would help me renegotiate my mortgage with my lender. Sometime around the first of August my account, I understand, was sold to the Realty Law Center in Aliso Viejo, CA. This was done without my knowledge and was unknown to me until I was contacted by a processor (no longer employed there) and I was asked for more paper work thaqt they seemed to have lost.in September I contacted the firm and was directed to someone else (Who no longer works there). Eversince then I have been given the run around. I have been told that prople would contact me and they never have. I have called and left messages with no results. Now all I get is an answering machine from which calls are never returned. I assume the Firm has closed down and left town with mine and everyone elses money.
I also checked with my lender and found out that no one has ever contacted them on my behalf to discuss my loan.
I guess I need help in trying to get a refund.
