Ordered a "free" sample after seeing advert online (via Daily Mail), for Perfect Radiance cream, and oil to be used together, paid shipping costs. Unbeknown to me, £74.66 on Nov 16th, £79.99 on Nov 18th and £79.99 on Dec 8th were taken from my account. No paperwork informing me of this was sent with the original sample received. Only realised problem when another pot of cream arrived on Dec 10th (unasked for) and on checking my bank account.
Tried to ring company on 0808 178 7321 (number on dispatch note), no answer at all to this number. Have sent email to company asking for permanent cancellation. Have not yet had any reply from them. It was not obvious that by having a FREE SAMPLE that I would locked into a ongoing contract, no paperwork was sent by Revitalize Health and Beauty to say that this would happen.
