Diane Chandler appears to be extremely nice and responsible. Landlords - DO NOT BE FOOLED!
Her words do not match what she acutally does (ie rent mailed - never happens). Commitments to pay are just igonored.
The dangerous thing is that she puts on a very professional and responsible impression and previous Unlawful Detainer Actions did not show on her credit report.
Diane also has a two teenage kids and a husband who does not go on the lease but he spends a lot of time at the unit.
She has been evicted in SB as a result of my tenancy with her in San Bernardino Ref case number - UDDS903145
As of this writing she owe 2 months rent, late fees, court costs.
Do yourself a favor and consider my history when renting to this individual
