On September 15, I received a fax for vacation package for 3 days 2 nights in Las Vegas. I paid $300 for the pacakge and it was delivered on September 28. I wanted more information set up the trip before sending the "activiation fee" and attempted to call David Sinclair, General Manager, Encour Tours & Travel at 18005444207 ext 505 and the number is disconnected. Also, tried calling 18006911893 listed on letter enclosed with package and its disconnected. I've lost $300.00.
