Both of these websites and one other site published complaints against our company from a bogus complainer who in one case pretended to be a man and in another case pretended to be woman. We believe it is part of a massive operation to defame us (by people who are too cowardly to compete) in the most uncivil and indecent way possible, ultlizing anonymous domain registrations in carefully selected foreign jurisdictions that don't adhere to the Hague service convention. The subject complaints were published within minutes of each other with precisely the same text but purportedly from 23 different locations all across the world in places where we don't have clients. Our company has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2004 and has an A rating with no complaints, all verifiable. There have been no complaints with any state insurance department. We listen to and communicate with our customers and their happiness is important to us. If someone was a real customer of ours we believe the client would have called us. We don't recommend people do business with anonymous people and ghosts. Thus we hold little credence in bogus complaints.
