Did not deliver for Mothers Day as guaranteed, Several phone calls no response. Charges Extra, handling fees. Live people that do answer if you place an order will refer you to call their customer service, and then no one will answer. Apparantly others have been disappointed, I wish I would have looked on internet for reviews prior to deciding to try this company. I have used others in past and have never had problems. This company is horrible... Horrible... Horrible.
