FIRST TEAM REAL ESTATE, PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE, NATE FOSTER, JUDY FIRLD, COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE Conspiricy to limit competitoion, depriving Broker of his commission, Vandalism, Grand Theft and Conspiricy to comit Grand Theft

Laguna Beach Police Officer Mike Short was looking for First Team Estates agent, Nate Stuart Foster and went to the Frist Team office in Laguna Beach. Officer Short was informed by the first Team Manager Foster was not there.

Officer Short explained Real Estate Signs were being stolen form First Team competitave Brokers and Nate Foster was photographed stealing and vandalizing the signs. Signs had been stolen in the same location for 6 months and Officer Short and his Sargent wrote numerous Police reports documenting thousands of dollars in stolen signs and equiptment. These actions were clearly ment to intimidate any competeing Agent or Broker. Some agents have quitworking the Laguna Market or the real estate profession because of the harassment by a group of real estate sales people who happen to have unbelieveable control of the Laguna Beach Board of Real Estate.
