After Laguna beach Real estate Agent Ray Macfoose was potographed and see by witnesses stealing and vandalising property Laguna Beach Police investigators wanted to speak to him.
Laguna beach Police officer Mike Short went to the Coldwell Bnaker Real estate Office in Laguna Beach to find him. He was informed Ray was in the hospital in intensive care and to ill to speak on the telephone. Officer Short then went to Mr. Macfoose's home and was told by family members Macfoose was in europe on vacation on a remote location and could not be reached by telephone.
Laguna beach Police Investigators also went to FIRST TEAM ESTATES in Laguna Beach. They wanted to speak with Stewart Nate Foster who also had been spotted and photographed stealing and vandalising neighbors and other Realtors property. The FIRST TEAM ESTATES manager said foster was not in and if he did come in he would be terminated after seeing the pictures committing a number of criminal acts. His statement proved to be untrue as when FIRST TEAM ESTATES, THEIR BROKER and Nate Foster were sued in Orange County Superior Court their attorney wrote a letter saying if they did steal signs it was because they were illegal. When Laguna Beach Police Report 11-33069 is unsealed after the Orange County District Attorney finishes the criminal case it will be interesting to see what First Team's attorney says is illegal. As the criminal and civil cases are filed it will be interesting to see how far the corruption goes into THE LAGUNA BEACH BOARD OF REALTORS. Noel Johnson The manager of Ray Macfoose and the Coldwell Banker Office he work in is the boards head of ethics. Noel the investigation has shown had his pal Scott Mactonald of Prudential California Realty threaten a witness saying, " It is a small broker network in Laguna and if if you want to work there you better forget reporting any of this to the police"
