Laguna Beach Real Ray Mcafoose was spotted by witnesses and neighbors stealing other Realtors signs in Laguna Beach California. This continued for weeks and the Laguna Beach Police Officer Michael Short made attempts to contact Mcafoose by telephone and he never returned his telephone call. The theft and vandalism went on for weeks and then Macfooses partner started calling Brokers and agents telling them she was doing them a favor by taking their signs.
For six more months the vandailim added another conspiritor at FIRST TEAM ESTATES a division of FIRST TEAM REAL ESTATE who was photographed taking and vandalising property. Again Laguna Beach Police Officer Mike Short went directly to the home of the criminal suspect.
He knew when he ran the licence number of the suspects licence plate number comitting the vandalism it was Stuart Nate Foster of FIRST TEAM ESTATES. Officer had been to Nate Foster's address on other ocasions. The Broker of record for FIRST TEAM REAL ESTATE in William George Plattos. When Officer Short went to Mcafoose's office they said he was in Europe and was not reachable byphone that is why he did return The Laguna Beach Police phone calls.
When officer Short went to Mcafoose's home a relative said Ray was in the hospital and to sick to speak to the Police on the telephone. It is clear there is a criminal conspiricy and the Laguna Beach Police have sent their reports to the Orange County District Attorney. The defendants involved in the criminal conspiricy have named in a civil suit in Superior Court in Orange County California.
There is clearly a pattern where some agents in Laguna Beach work together to intimidate agents who are take a listing in their neighorhood says a female agent. More will be revieled as the lawsuits move forward and criminal charges are filed.
