Jacksonville, FL I had beeen Terminated on a Wrongful and Unfair terms wit No Prior Warnings Based on Incident that Occur the Night of May 8th between Me and Female Employee name Who were Verbally Provoking me. The RGM Employer, Kateryna Sheremat had claimed to give me a Warning based on a Unreasonable Write up saying how was on Probabtion and Which I've Know Nothing about. I Was forced to sign Write Up By her Assistant Cheryl, and I spoke to both of her Managers about the Write up Issue Claiming I Did a No Call No Show, Which that wasn't really the Case. However that Write up was a Surprise and No Warnings came about with this Termanation.
