I went to look at my checking account online and realized I had a unauthorized charge of $31.96 from a company called ROI Avanix. I have never given them authorization to take money from my account or ever heard from them. Apparently they got my personal information from an online search I did for Payday advance loan companies. However I did not authorize this company to take any money from my account. They caused me more hardship because I was already overdrawn and the bank charged me another $35.00 on top of it. So I have filed a fraud complaint against them and hopefully will get my money back.
