I brought this bracelet as a birthday/graduation gift for myself, and not even a month later the bracelet cracked. I brought it back and they told me they would fix it and they charged me for the repair which i did not pay. It has been 5 months and i didn't hear anything so i went in and told them that i was not happy and i want my money back or at least an in credit but they said no that it was not in their policy. So please whatever you do do not shop there. I will not refer them to anybody!!!
