I went online to check my bank account information and see a pending charge of $31.96 from this company and have no idea who they are or why they are posting these charges to my account. This charge will put my account in an overdrawn status which will force possible charges from my bank at a time that I am already experiencing financial difficulty. I am trying to reach someone by telephone and have not been able to as of yet and I am highly upset by this scam.
