I asked a plumbing question in June/ July and was charged $37.00. I have had unauthorized debits taken from my Visa every month for $37.00 from September 12 until April 9. I have called their number: 888-587-8220 numerous times and I am kept on hold waiting for available agent to take my call. I am fed up with the charges on my Visa and want the credit paid to my Visa for all these months.
