I am A.H. Kahangi and purchase a tried to book a ticket online through internet. I went to the site of Sky Search Onlinr and booked my ticket on 28-04.

There was a note that the payment by credit card is not possible temporarily, and introduced Wester Union for the payment.

Ticket was booked for 48 hrs, on 30-04-12 payment through Western Union was done and the confirmation scanned copy sent to the said company.

A short message was received early after the payment confirmation, that the E-Ticket will be issued in 24 hours.

All the questions about payment were answered apparently by Michael Cobb as the sales manager.

After few hours another e-mail was recieved attached with a file that was not E-Ticket, it was the same booked flight details.

I send several mails requesting for right E-ticket and tried to call the introduced phone number from UK Birmengam, Michael Cobb 44 (0) 20-8133-6942 (UK)
Sales Manager. Phone is on answering mode.

Unfortunately, I haven't recieve any answer or response.

Perhapse there should be an organization responsible to secure users to sustain loss due to such FRAUDULENT Sites.

First I need to give hint to the users about "Sky Search Online" ticket booking.

Then the Organization in charge of such fraudulent incidences is requested to lead us what we should to claim.
