I am so glad I found this website! I purchased a 2004 brand new Ford Focus from Jordan Ford in San Antonio TX and in 2005 I started having problems with the car. I think they sold me a bad car and did not want to admit it. Took car in for service several times and kept having the same problem with the car like thet could not fix it... in 2005 the car died while I was driving home... I only had 47,000 miles on the car and I took the car to the dealer, Jordan Ford and they told me all I needed was a new battey so they installed it. When I picked up my car and started to drive home, the car was changing gears very rough so I took it back to them and told them my car never done this before. They ended up telling me I needed a new transmission and I told them it was their fault and I should not have to pay for it and they said they were not responsible so I did not let them fix it. I called to complain to Ford Motor Co and they also said they would not pay for the transmission. I took my car to a different shop and they told me they could not fix it since they do not work on transmissions. I ended up paying $2,000.00 to get the transmission fixed
