Fords transmission - 1996 ford focus

I am very dissatisfied with fords. Took my 1996 ford focus to ford motor co in Franklin va. Was told it needs a new transmission. This is the second ford that needed a new transmission I have bought before even paying it off. I am sorry to say I am done with fords.
