I ordered the free trial package around first week of October. Received it and used it... But even before the trial ends, I sent them an e-mail cancelling the future delivery because the colocleanse wasn't for me. Next thing I know, my credit card had been charged for the three deliveries they sent inadvertently and that that was around January. I thought at first that they made a mistake sending it to me, so I was sending those back to them marking "Return to Sender."
When I sent them another follow-up for the refund of my money through e-mail there was no response. So I called the customer service and talked to someone and told me that they can only refund me 20% of $87.91 until I talked to the Supervisor and he offered up to 50% refund. Of course, I disagreed. Next day, I received the package again that I marked return to sender so I sent it back again with their Return No. That I got when I called. Until now, I have not received anything from them. I just sent them another e-mail today asking for the refund of my money.
This just shows that they DON'T REALLY CARE once they have your money and it really pisses me off!
I just shortened this story because I am leaving right now for an appointment, otherwise, this is gonna be a loooooooong one!!!
