Saw ad on TV. Ordered the buy one get one free for $29.00 plus $7.00 shipping. When bill was totaled on screen it had things listed I did not order. Total bill was $106.69. Called custromer service number and was told that they could not see my order becaust it had not been 24 hours. 24 hours later I called and was told it would be another 72 hours and that they could not see my order yet. Called bank to cancel credit card and it cost me $25.00 to cancel. Total owed to me is $131.69. Reported to BBB and posted every where I could. When i ask for a phone number to the corporate office I was told I'd have to request it by mail.
Also was told nothing would be charged until product shipped 2-5 weeks. They charge immediately. Big scam-Big Scam beware.
