I have had at least three phone call and at least 2 internet letters from this company.in addition, in December my bank account was debited through a merchant credit card processor (NA Bancard) for $465.95. I called the processor and they had not authorized that payment and I immediately stopped payment through the bank at a cost of $30.00.
Today, May7, I received another e-mail saying I owed a payday loan for a balance of $674.88. I do not owe a back payday loan. If I have trouble with a payday loan company, I deal directly with the payday loan company.
They indicate that they are a debt collector but I do not have any payday loans that are past due. This is a scam and I refuse to pay as the company cannot give me the name of the company who advanced me a payday loan.
