This "company" put a charge on my cell phone bill. When I called Verizon, they would only credit back half of the charge and said I had to contact the company for the rest. (I will deal with verizon in another. They should be ashamed and embarrased that they will let a scammer scam their long term (or short term) customers like that and then make the customer have to go to the scam company to handle it. Verizon...). I looked up the company on the internet and they are all too familiar with what is going on. What a scam. I called the number it had listed as "to get a refund" and the women proceeds to tell me what you have to go thru to sign up for this service. I couldn't contain myself at that moment and began to yell "there is NO WAY in (Inappropriate Content Removed) I did any of that and no one else has access to my cell phone so that is (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!" They are suppose to refund the money in the way of a check. I will be watching for it in the mail. It better not bounce! I think a class action lawsuit needs to start up right away!
