I too received a notice in the mail from the collection agency CRB stating that I owe HD Concepts $141.68. I have no intention of paying this because this was originally for a teeth whitening trial that I got for 30 days. They ended up charging me $69.95 twice even though I had cancelled the trial before the 30 days were up and never received any product after the first trial packet. I have tried calling the CRB but can only leave an voicemail with no return call, is this even a legit collection agency. Does anyone know if they will mess with my credit score?
