In May I ordered a free sample teeth whitening kit from an on-line advertisement. I only had to pay $3.95 in shipping charges.
In September of I received a collection notice from a collection agency saying I owed $74.95 for the teeth whitening kit and $40.47 in collection fees for a total of $115.42.
I now have to pay the total amount requested within 30 days from the date on the letter or this incident will be reported on my credit report as an unpaid debt.
