I order Belaplex and Hydroxatone face cream and on previous occations the company has used these names when sending me emails to say my product has shipped. This time they are sending emails under the nane of Keranique (which is a hair product) which I do not need or want. I have sent them emails to please stop their harrasment. I have just sent them a third email. I have just checked my account and to date the only $ taken is for the face cream. I will not order it again. Im sure I can find another cream in Australia which will be just as good and I will not buy stuff over the internet again.
