Found an advertisement on facebook, jennifer anstan was on oprah using two types of skin cream for your face, so i click on something on the page to try it out for myself, it said it was gona charge me $2.00 for cream and $1.95 for the other, there was a trial offer not sure what it was exactly, i put in all my info and wait for the stuff in the mail. Well i recieve both creams, one comes with no paperwork at all, the other one comes with paperwork but doesnt explain anything and to top it off it the stuff they sent me wasnt the same stuff in the advertisement that i odered. So there is phone numbers on the packages so i call them both, one says they will cancel my order that i do not have to send back the cream and that i will not be charged anything futher, the other one says hey there are no refunds which this is the one i have to pay $84.95, also they proceed to tell me that i cannot cancel the order, and that my 14 day free trial is up. So basically im beat on that. Well i contacted my credit card company and let them know about the situation, so they cant keep charging my card, also i went online to the usps and checked the exact date of when i received the product, which was on 4/10, so there for my 14 days would be up on 4/24 i assume. So i make copies of every thing all paperwork and i send it to the company along with the cream, and a leter about how i see the situation and that i want my money back and also i sent all of this to my credit card so i havent heard anything in response from the cream company and my credit card comp. Is workn on it. Another thing is that you cannot find the website where you odered the cream from now, so what is that?
