I went to ace hardware foothills hardware in Maryville Tn As usual my husband sent me to pick up parts I know nothing about. The owner was so rude he raised his voice at me because I was confused about what I was looking for. I had been in the store before and talked to this man, and was aware that he was not real pleasant to deal with but didn't know he was the owner. Today, I asked the cashier who he was and she informed me he was the owner, so therefore, no one to complain to. The cashier and another gentleman who worked there was very nice, but unfortunately that didn't make up for him. I will order online, pay twice as much, and wait a week before I will ever purchase anything from this store again
