I've never been to this IHOP before and I will never go back. First I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, the sandwich tasted nasted and the cheese was hard and discolored. I asked the waitress if I could just have some new cheese that there was no need in remaking the whole sandwich and she proceeded to argue with me saying that is how the cheese is suppose to look that it's "aged". Ummmmm NO. Then a friend was with me and got a soup that was suppose to be hot and it was cold. They brought her some hot soup with no problem. And last, one of the guys that goes around cleaning the tables had his pants so low his underwear was all hanging out. Very unsightly. This was a horrible experince and was VERY UNSATISFIED!
