Our family of seven visited the location in meridian, ms. On afriday night at 9:00 pm. I had ordered the cowboy and my brother had ordered the philly cheese burger. After recieving our order my sandwich was not even warm and had no bacon on it, and my brothers did not even have any cheese on it. We advised the waitress and she said she would get the manager. After 12 minutes i went ahead and ate my sandwich before it got colder, then the watress came back over and said the manager told her to get me some bacon and my brother some cheese. I told her to forget mine as i went ahead and ate. Then the watress came back with a plate of COLD cheese for my brother to put on his philly CHEESE sandwich. My brother advised the watress he was not going to put cold cheese on his meal and to just take it back and forget it. This kind of service was like a slap in the face to us. We visit the applebees in brandon, ms. And never recieved service or food like this.
