We are getting the run around from Chase home remodification. We would like to work with someone who has some authority to get something done. Each person I speak to within the Chase organization doesn't have all the facts to get anything accomplished. It is clear that Chase's attempt to "help homeowners" is a scam, they are only adding salt to the wound they created.
