Appointment for carpet estimate

I schedulded an appointment for 04/19, between 7-9pm. At 7:30 pm the sales rep. Called he is stuck in traffic on the Skyway bridge for the last hour and not sure if he can make it in time. So we re-schedulded for next day, same time. At 5:50 pm I received a call from the office that the sales rep. Is stuck on the Skyway bridge for the last hour and asked if we want to re-schedule or wait for him (time unknown). Sounds familiar? I asked her if she is fooling me, exactly same excuse twice? She kept on asking me: "Do you want to wait or re-schedule?" at least five times, ignoring what I had to say. Needless to say we didn't re-schedule and went to another company with better review.
